Hola!

Hola Amigos! Will be leaving in 7 days for Cozumel! I will be in front the web cam that you can get on www.cozumel.net. I will be in front of the web cam that is at Tony Romes Resaurant on March 9th between 5pm and 6pm. This will most likely be the last post till I return from my trip. My secretary has kidney stones and will not be in for the week, and of course being it is the week before I leave it will be the busiest!
Kids are doing better, however hubby relapsed and is now on another antibiotic. I am still holding up, not sick yet. I am thinking I will buy some antibiotics in Mexico right when I get there and start taking them. Even if not sick it is still a good idea to ward off the montezumas revenge. (the shits) lol
Have to run now, will write as soon as I get back!

16 days and countin...

16 more days till I leave. Can't wait! Been so busy, both kids got sick after Mardi Gras. My little girl started first, strep throat, then my husband, then my son with Sinus Infection, he's still trying to get over, the poor thing. Now the girl comes in today and says "mommy my ear hurts", so here we go again. I have done nothing but nurse people and bring them to the doctors for the past two weeks. Getting about sick of seeing the ol doc if you know what I mean. Don't know how I have managed not to get any of it yet but been praying that if I am going to get sick to let me get sick now, not in two weeks when I am in Cozumel, I will be so pissed if that happens. If I am sick that means no diving and to hell with that! I'm going diving, I have started shaking cause I haven't dove in so long, as a matter of fact I am twitching right now. Ha Ha Really though, diving is like a drug for me, I got to have it. Lord please don't let me get sick, but if I do, please do it to me now.

oops

Sorry folks, been so busy that I haven't had time to write. It is Mardi Gras here right now. Between the trucking, Mardi Gras, and leaving for Cozumel, I have been really busy trying to get things set up before I leave of which has been hindered due to Mardi Gras. Everytime I try to go somewhere (taking care of business) I get so slowed down from the traffic. The traffic during Mardi Gras is crazy. Last year I went on a cruise during this time just to get away from it. Nothing but a bunch of drunk tourist, pissing, throwing up, and shittin in our streets. Really don't care for it anymore. Not at all family oriented. Next year I will try Cozumel's carnival, which is family oriented (like the Macy's parade).
Anyway, will try to write again before I leave for Cozumel. BTW, there is a web cam in Cozumel that I plan to stand in front of with signs saying HI MOM so people here can see me there. Check it out, the web cam is on www.cozumelinsider.com. I will post the time and day that I will be there(in front the camera) before I leave so ya'll can check me out.

Death age

I am going to die at 74. When are you? Click here to find out!

Spray on Tan

Went with a friend today while she tried the new spray on tan thing. It was funny cause we went like totally unprepared. We thought you just jump in the thing with your bra and underwear on and poof, your done right. Well, we were wondering why the people at the front were looking at us strange when we said we were going in together. lol. Anyway, we get in there and finally figure out that you have to take all your clothes off, by this time we were just laughing our butts off cause the guy closes the door and says yall have a good time now. We didn't go at the same time and were running out of time so I let her be the guinea pig and go. To get the proper coverage you have to assume a runners position, at this point we are both cracking up, at the end of the deal there was still alot of mist in the booth and she was coming out so I told her to stay in for a few more seconds cause the mist is like still real heavy in the thing, so what does she do? She (a little bitty girl, about 4ft and 95lbs)starts dancing around in the thing like some kind of ballerina (naked) and we are still just dying laughing. We end up leaving and on the way out the guy say's " sounded like yall were having a great time in there, we both looked at each other and started cracking up laughing and politely told the guy it was great and continued to the car. My friend finally realizes what the guy meant when she looks down at her ring finger and says "I bet he thought we were gay" I was like "of course, but I didn't say anything cause people are going to think what they want regardless right", we laughed the whole way home.

Men are...

Well I think we all know how this saying goes. What the hell is up with these men. I really feel like men are really screwed up from their mothers. I know mine is anyway. He thinks he can buy everybody instead of spending real time with them. Oh he'll like buy me anything I want but when it comes to spending time, he's no where to be found. What the hell is up with that? I think the only time we spend any time together is when we are on vacation. That's twice a year, whooopieee. This year I am just going to do my thing and not even worry about what he needs, hell he doesn't worry about what I need cause he will just buy it and be on his way right. So piss on him, that's fine you foot the bill, I will go where ever I want, and that will have to be fine with you cause your paying for it and thats how you operate. I am going to give him back just what he gave me and see if he likes it. I'll let you know....

poof

Poof, it is a word one of my old boss' used. Instead of saying ahhhhh, we say poof. It was a rough week without a secretary. Yep, she didn't show up all week. Actually she did but she looked so bad I sent her right back home. Sooo, needless to say, I ran the company totally alone this week and boy was it tiring. Poof! Sure glad it is over.
Found out that My friend Pico is out of the hospital in Cancun and back home in Cozumel. He wasn't doing to well for a while there, received several units of blood and sure he had surgery of some kind. Just waiting to hear the verdict, cancer or stones. Hopefully, stones. Can't wait to see him next month. Hopefully he will be all better.
Just got off the phone with an old friend from Arkansas, she broke her tail bone a couple of weeks back and is still recooping. Anyway, she has been so bored that she now started her own blog page too. Since I don't yet know how to post it, I will just type it, hers is www.tzcj.blogspot.com, she is an Paramedic in Crossett and a very good person. Am glad that she started her own blog. Oh yeah, and Cicely "Thanks" for introducing me to this, I am really enjoying it. Take care all, write more later

Trucking, trucking, trucking

The trucking company today was just awful. Secretary did not come in which left me hanging somewhat. Feel bad for her though, she is really having a tough time right now. Anyway, when she doesn't show up it really puts me in a bind. Looks like she won't be here tomarrow either, of which is really going to put the hurtin on me, however this is my company so no matter what it is my responsibility. Still doesn't mean I like it.
Am looking to buy a house on my little island paradise. We are going to look on the internet and while we are there we are going to view a few. Would be great as a vacation home that I can rent out while I am not in it, then when my husband retires we can just move there and live. Of course after the kids are grown, in Cozumel kids only go to school till the 9th grade and that is just not enough school, so we will stay here till then. New Orleans is just such a bad place to live, it is dirty, the people are nasty, it smells, and it is very corrupt. Can't stand living here anymore.
That's about it for now, write more later
